Nexus Property Management Franchise Opens Two Offices in Massachusetts in Fall of 2020

Jesse + Krystyna

Nexus Franchise LLC, DBA Nexus Property Management, opens two new locations in Worcester, MA + Natick, MA

Nexus Property Management is pleased to announce that it has just opened two new shop locations in Massachusetts. Offices opened are in Worcester and Natick, respectively. Jesse Mayo is operating the Worcester shop and Krystyna McQueeney in Natick. Both Mayo and McQueeney started their property management careers as clients of the Pawtucket home-office location.

When asked "Why did you choose opening a Nexus instead of another UPS Store?" Mayo stated:

"With Nexus, you are not just store #4587. The team at Nexus is committed at helping me get my business up and going. I have been trained by people that are the founders of the company, and currently do what it is that they have taught me on a daily basis. I work with the CEO, Nick D'Agnillo, on a regular basis on items that are specific to owner operations. I truly get that personal feeling from him, and that he is dedicated to making me as successful as possible."

When questioned "What keeps you up at night?" Mayo said:

"Not being able to provide for my kids. They aren't getting any younger ... and, as they get older, I want them to be proud of who their parents work for and what they do on a regular basis. I ultimately want to try and leave them as many assets as possible to give them options. If they want to follow in our footsteps, great. If not, I want them to chase their dreams knowing they have the means to do so."

McQueeney was asked "When was the specific moment that you realized you no longer wanted to work a traditional 9-to-5 job?" She elaborated:

"For me, that moment came when I lost my first 9-to-5 job after 15 years in the corporate world. Up to that point, I believed that my efforts and dedication did directly translate into job security when working for someone else. I was wrong. Standing at the crossroad, I was faced with a decision of what to do next and I decided to take the road less traveled and see where it leads me."

Next, she was asked "What do you foresee being the most difficult part of building your business?" She says:

"I think my biggest challenge will be overcoming the fear of the unknown and failure. Additionally, there is the added challenge of staying disciplined and self-motivated, especially when there is no longer a 'boss' keeping me accountable. Like with every new endeavor, it will take time, patience, and discipline before I am likely to see the results of my efforts. Perseverance during that time is the key to my business success."

Nexus Property Management is proud to welcome two additional team members to its nationwide movement.
